SHIPPING ZONES:

I do not ship internationally. If you are outside the United States, you can use the freight forwarding services of MyUS.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Please allow me a week or so to get your order shipped. I ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS with insurance, which takes 2-6 days in transit to arrive depending on where you live. I do not require a delivery signature, so please use the tracking I provide you in your shipping confirmation to keep an eye on your order, as it is your responsibility once it is marked delivered. If you’d like to add signature required, please email me to add it to your order.

SHIPPING FEES:

With shipping fees on the rise and how costly it is to ship ceramics, I have done my best to to keep shipping fees as low as possible, which is a $10 Flat Rate for one item, then $10 per each additional item.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

I take extreme precaution when packaging ceramics for shipping, but from time-to-time careless carries get their hands on parcels and damage can occur. It is a rare occurrence, but if your piece arrives damaged, please email me a photo of the packaging (box) and the damaged product so that I can file a claim on both our behalf. Please save all the packaging, as it is required for the claim.

RETURN POLICY:

Because of the fragility of shipping ceramics, I do not accept returns or exchanges. I provide several high resolution images (hover over the image with your mouse to see zoomed in details) and clear dimensions in each listing to reflect the piece in person. If needed, I am happy to provide additional photos or information. Please email me.

CARE:

All glazes are food safe. Handmade Ceramics can develop a cutlery-marking patina over time – these marks are accepted and normal. Regular cleaning with a soft scrub cleaner like Bar Keepers Friend may reduce cutlery marks if they are a concern for you. Microwave and Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended.
